Basic
These terms & conditions “The Company” is Hammertoes Harry and “buyer” means the person who accepts “The Company’s” terms and condition or quote for the supply of goods and services by “The Company”.
The supply of goods and/or services (“the supply”) to the buyer shall be in accordance with “The Company’s” written quotation or email price agreed quotation the buyers written order subject in either case to these conditions.
“The Company” shall not be liable for any oral advice or recommendation given by “The Company” to the buyer concerning the supply.
Order Process and Specifications
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the buyer’s order and payments related to it.
“The Company” cannot guarantee the exact quality shown by digitally made previews.
Any Artwork, Design or Preview created by “The Company” will be the Companies Property and subject to “Copyright Law”.
Price of Supply
The Company’s quotation is valid for 7 days
Payment of goods supplied by “The Company” is due before order is to proceed to production
Delivery and Returns
Delivery dates are approximate only and “The Company” shall not be liable for any delays in transit of goods.
Purchased goods must be returned in the same condition that they were sent.
We only accept goods that were not used.
Return the same goods, not a product bought on a different date or different store.
Return your order within 10 days of receipt of order.
State the reason for return, either by email or by writing.
Must include full contact details, delivery details and purchased details.
Exchange Size
We understand that buying online is not the same as buying in the store. For this reason we offer to exchange your garment for a new size, free of charge (this can be done only once per garment). We do not exchange colours of products, only size.
Damaged Goods
We print our garments individually and check each garment for 100% satisfaction however some goods might get damaged during transport, which we have no control over. In this case we offer to fully replace the product. Send the garment back to us and we will replace it with a new one of the same size/colour/graphic on the same day.
Refund
Return your product back to us in the same packaging with any free gift included in the opriginal parcel for a full refund. We will fully refund your purchase once we can verify that the purchased product doesn’t break any of the points stated under “Basics”. PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN POSTAGE IS THE PROPERTY OF THE BUYER RETURNING THE GOODS AND NOT HAMMERTOES HARRY. RETURNS MUST BE SENT AS ‘SIGNED FOR’. IF THE GOODS FAIL TO REACH HAMMERTOES HARRY AND/OR IS NOT SIGNED FOR BY HAMMERTOES HARRY THE BUYER IS LIABLE TO FIND OUT WHY. THERE IS NO RESPONSIBILITY WITH HAMMERTOES HARRY WITH RETURNED GOODS THAT ARE NOT DELIVERED TO HAMMERTOES HARRY.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
General
We retain the right to refuse the Return Policy at any time if the customer breaks one of the points stated under “Basics“.
